Peggy’s Weaving Tips > Dealing with manufacturer’s knots

Be on the lookout for manufacturer’s knots in the warp thread —they need to be eliminated. To do it, cut the warp thread at the knot and take the thread back to the beginning peg. Cut the thread leaving just enough to tie the old and new threads together just like when changing colors, and discard the portion of thread with the knot. See Figures.
